Shah recently appeared in a show where she talked about her beliefs, life, and work in detail. She also revealed one thing that she wants to change about our dramas ASAP. Ushna said “that saving one’s home i.e. avoiding divorce is shown as the central theme of our dramas. She said that she is married herself and she prays that her marriage lasts till her last breath as working on a marriage is necessary but that should not be shown as a central idea.”

She revealed that “her mother was divorced and she worked 3 jobs to raise her and her sisters. She did everything in her power to give her children a good life. Thus being a divorcee should not be shown as a negative thing. She added that marriages are important but they do not make a woman.”
