The respect for work and production was also necessary and that is missing from the younger lot. She said that nowadays unfortunately if you have a bad attitude, people will listen to you more and you will get more work.”
She further added that “what scares her is where it would go in a few years as production houses tolerate all this negative attitude easily and none of it gets rectified.”
