Nadia Jamil, an actress, activist, and NLP coach, serves as a prominent advocate in Pakistan for children and the oppressed. She publicly initiated her activism for children when the Kasur incident was televised. Even before this incident, she had been advocating for children’s rights and is a survivor of abuse who has overcome her challenges. As a mother herself, she has personally experienced numerous health issues throughout her life.
Nadia appeared as a guest on Masarrat Misbah’s show, where she discussed the basic ethics she has taught her children and the values she has strongly instilled in their routines.
She said that “she has taught her kids to greet anyone with a Salam. They will say Salam to everyone they encounter especially people from the service industry like security guards. She said to teach your children this even if you have to ask them four times to say Salam as this is basic and important.”
She also shared that “exercise is very important for her. She has drilled in the minds of her sons to make exercise a part of their routines. She has also put her little daughter Noori in ballet classes to make her more athletic and as a person who was not too much into exercise, she thought this was important”
