Dr. Oz Walks Into Crowd, Remains With Woman Who collapsed during rally

 Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Republican nominee for Pennsylvania Senate, hopped over a barrier and ran into a crowd to assist a woman who seemed to have collapsed in Bucks County.

According to reports, Oz later informed the gathering, “Rita, God bless her, is doing okay,” referring to the woman’s name. Photos on the internet appeared to show Oz with the woman.

The woman fainted, according to a representative for Oz’s campaign, and Oz, a retired cardiothoracic surgeon who has often been on television, tended to her until paramedics arrived. According to the campaign, the woman was conscious and was removed from the event.

Oz reported on Twitter that over 1,200 people attended his program in Bucks County on Saturday.

During the event, Oz again chastised the Democratic Senate nominee, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, for failing to schedule a debate. Fetterman has been suffering from a stroke since May, and new event footage shows him struggling to communicate.

Fetterman announced last week that he will debate Oz, who has received support from former President Donald Trump and other notable Republicans. He did not, however, choose a venue or a date.

“We’re going to debate Dr. Oz,” Fetterman said, adding that “it’s simply always been about resolving some of the leftover concerns of my stroke, the auditory processing, and we’re going to be able to sort that out.”

According to reports, Oz responded on Saturday, stating, “To genuinely agree to a debate, you have to have a date, and a location.” Oz has proposed that a discussion between him and Fetterman should take place before the commencement of early voting in the commonwealth.

During the event, Fetterman’s crew targeted Oz for owning a residence in New Jersey and claiming he doesn’t represent Pennsylvanians.

President Joe Biden gave a speech on Sunday recognizing the hundreds of individuals who died in the 9/11 attacks, promising to “preserve the memory of all those beautiful lives stolen from us” and emphasizing the importance of “standing up for democracy.”

“I’m honored to be here with you again to share the solemn rite of remembrance, and think on all that was lost in the fire and ash on that dreadful September morning,” Biden said.

Sunday commemorates the 21st anniversary of the terrorist attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people. Three hijacked planes hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on that day, while another plane meant to hit another government facility in Washington, D.C. crashed in Pennsylvania.

Biden referred to a speech given by Queen Elizabeth II around the time of the attacks, saying she “pointedly reminded us, quote, ‘Grief is the price we pay for love.'”

In his speech, the president emphasized the significance of “democracy,” an approach he has used in the run-up to the midterm elections.

“It is not enough to speak up for democracy once a year or occasionally. “It’s something we have to do every day,” Biden explained. “So today is not just a day to commemorate, but also a day of renewal and resolution for each and every American and our love for our country.”

Biden told reporters before boarding the plane to Washington, D.C., that he has a “plan” for the families of those who died on 9/11.

Middle-order batsman Bhanuka Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka scored a crucial performance of 71 not out in the crucial Asia Cup 2022 final, helping Sri Lanka finish at 170-6 in 20 overs despite a poor start.

When Sri Lanka batted first at Pakistan captain Babar Azam’s invitation, they managed to reach a respectable total of 170-6 in the allowed 20 overs owing to Rajapaksa’s solid 71-ball unbroken innings.

With the help of a caught-behind, Haris struck in the 15th over to give Pakistan a much-needed breakthrough.

Hasaranga was also out. He made a courageous cameo of 36 off 21 deliveries, scoring five boundaries and a six in the process.

Rajapaksa was unfazed by Hasaranga’s exit because he stood his ground and kept the scoreboard moving with the help of Chamika Karunaratne, who scored a run-a-ball 14.

Rajapaksa led Sri Lanka in scoring in the championship match with a brilliant 71 off 45 deliveries that included six boundaries and three sixes.

With three wickets, Haris led Pakistan’s bowling attack. Iftikhar Ahmed, Naseem, and Shadab each claimed one wicket.

Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro color options announced

Google recently unveiled the color possibilities for the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

Each of the two future smartphones will be offered in three color options. The publicly available photographs also reveal the two models’ somewhat different rear camera bars.

Google’s newest Tensor G2 SoC will be used to power the Pixel 7 line of smartphones. On October 6, Google will hold a launch event for the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel Watch.

On the occasion, new Nest smart home gadgets will also be unveiled.

The color options for both of the Pixel 7 series smartphones are now displayed on the landing page for the Google shop. The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro both come in the Obsidian and Snow color options.

Hazel with a gold camera strip is the third color option for the Pixel 7 Pro, while Lemongrass with a bronze bar is the third colour option for the Pixel 7.

Although the two phones have similar designs, the Pixel 7 Pro seems to have a polished, shiny appearance, while the Pixel 7 seems to go for a matte finish.

Additionally, the metal strip on the Pixel 7 Pro has two cutouts as opposed to the Pixel 7’s single cutout.

The Pixel 7 Pro’s separate cutout might contain a telephoto camera in addition to the bigger slot’s two image sensors.

The Google Tensor G2 next-generation processor, which powers the Pixel 7 series, is now also mentioned on the home page.

New “personalized features to photographs, videos, security, and speech recognition” are reportedly included. Additionally, these smartphones can boot Android 13 right out of the box.
