WhatsApp’s Upcoming Feature Will Help Users Send photos, videos more privately

The globally popular messaging application WhatsApp often treats its users with a number of useful and amazing features.

This time, the latest update by WhatsApp will allow its users to send photos and videos more privately.

WABetaInfo said, “The feature was still under development, but there were some new details that came to light. “WhatsApp is working on an alert to introduce the feature when it will be enabled.”

“WhatsApp explains that this feature will help sending photos and videos more privately, because recipients can only open your photo or video once, before it disappears,” it said.

“WhatsApp intends to specify that recipients can still take screenshots to save the self-destructing media: so we can understand that they do not want to implement a screenshot/video capture detection feature in WhatsApp for this type of media,” WABetaInfo added.

The new feature is under development for iOS and Android and it will be available in a future update.

Earlier, a new feature introduced by WhatsApp let Android users mute the audio on video files before they share it on their status as well. The feature is available only for Android devices for now, and availability on iOS is not yet confirmed.

Here’s how you can use the feature in a few easy steps.

How To Mute Videos On WhatsApp Before Sharing

Step 1: To send someone a muted video, first make sure you have updated to the latest version of WhatsApp. Proceed by opening a contact’s chat window.

Step 2: Once you’re in the chat window, click on the paperclip icon and choose Gallery to attach a video file.

Step 3: Click on a video file from the previews to choose the video file that you want to send. In the subsequent screen look for a new speaker icon on the top left, just below the frames of the video.

Step 4: Click on this speaker icon to mute the audio of that video file, before you tap the send button. This will send your contact a video-only version of the file. You can also click on the button again to unmute the same video.

Abhishek Bachchan, son of the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has revealed the darkest secret of his life which has shocked the world.

During an interview, the Guru actor told that he had to quit his college just to help his father during a financial crisis.

“Well, truth be told, I left university — I was studying in Boston University. I had declared my major as liberal arts, and then I majored in performing arts. And I left my education because my father was going through this really rough time, financially. He had started this business called ABCL,” Abhishek told during an interview.

He further added,

“I don’t think I was qualified to help him in any which way, but I just felt that as a son, I needed to be around my father, and help in whatever way. So I left my college and came back. I started helping him in his company.”

During the same interview, the Bluff Master actor recalled a heart-wrenching incident when his father used to go to Yash Chopra’s house to get some work, but nothing came up.

“Look, I don’t have a job, nobody is giving me work anymore, my movies aren’t working, and I’ve come to ask you to please give me a film to work in”, Amitabh said to Yash Chopra.

Later, his luck shined and he was offered the role in blockbuster movie Mohabbatein and was offered to host Kaun Banega Crorepati. Both were the biggest hits of the time and the rest is history.

Ted Sarandos, Netflix co-CEO, and the chief content officer has revealed the release date of the most awaited series The Witcher second season and said it will be released by the streaming service.

Instagram Rolls Out New Feature To Tackle Hate Speech, Abusive Words

Instagram users will soon be able to create posts from the desktop PC as well

A new feature that filters out offensive words, phrases and emojis, thus preventing users from viewing possibly abusive messages is being rolled out by Instagram.

According to sources, the new filters by Instagram will help prevent offensive words and hate speech from circulating.

Earlier, Popular tech giants Facebook and Instagram have rolled out music access to their platforms in a number of countries including UAE, Kuwait, Palestine and more.

It was not available in the UAE since its launch in 2018. After switching on the music feature, the residents in the country witnessed a muted video.

However, the users can now select their music from a vast library of songs. They can also choose the length of the clip and can also pick the song which they want to highlight.

Furthermore, the new update will result in the automatic popping up of song with lyrics available.

BTS online concert BANG BANG CON 2021 has taken over the internet by storm as BTS Army was over the moon to watch their favorite band performing live online.

According to the details, BANG BANG CON 2021 was BTS’s first official concert ever since their Map Of The Soul world tour got canceled. Over 2.7 million fans made the online concert successful by watching it online.

The eight-hour concert included BTS’s 2015 BTS Live Trilogy: Episode I. BTS Begin, clips of their 5th Muster fan meeting straight from Busan and 2019 Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” concert from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

BTS announced the mega event with a catchy teaser poster on Twitter with a caption, “Knock knock, is this ARMY’s room?”

Bang Bang Con had happened online last April. The concert featured live performance footage from 2015. The concert took place after the Map of the Soul tour was postponed due to coronavirus.

BTS came up with Bang Bang Con: The Live, 90-minute pay-per-view concert. The performance had taken place on June 14, a day after the group’s seventh anniversary.

Pakistan’s National Anthem All Set For Its HD Recording By PTV

The Pakistan Television (PTV) is all set to record the country’s national anthem in HD quality this year, announces new Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry.

Fawad Chaudhry announced that not only is the new Pakistani National Anthem in the final stages of its digital recording, state-run channel PTV is all set to go HD on June 1, 2021, and PTV Sports will also become HD this year.

Pakistan’s national anthem was composed by musician Ahmad G. Chhagla in 1949, which was made using 21 musical instruments and 38 different tones.

Famous poet Hafeez Jallundhri wrote the national anthem in 1952 with the prize money of Rs10,000.

Moreover, Pakistan’s national anthem is written in the Persian language and it has only a single word “ka” in its national language Urdu.

The anthem was first issued on Radio Pakistan on August 13, 1954.

Furthermore, the first colour film with the flag and anthem was produced on January 19, 1955, in the United States of America (USA).
