Valentine’s Day: Zaid Ali T, Yumnah Share Romantic Photos

Canadian-Pakistani YouTuber Zaid Ali T has raised the bar higher for all the lovers around the world as he shared a new romantic photo with his wife Yumnah on valentine’s day.

Taking to Instagram, Zaid shared a photo wearing a white suit, twinning with Yumnah’s elegant white saree. The photo’s background captured the attention as it was covered with red roses.

He wrote,

“When you’re in love with the right person, every day is Valentine’s Day”

On the other hand, Yumnah shared another picture in which Zaid can be seen giving her a heart-shaped red balloon while sitting on his knee.

Earlier, Zaid had announced that he and his wife Yumnah are soon going to be parents.

They hinted over welcoming the baby girl. However, he captioned the post as “We’re going to be parents! By the grace of Allah, we have been blessed with a child! Today is the happiest day of my life!”

PSL 6: Atif Aslam, Groove Mera superstars to perform at opening ceremony

The performers for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 opening ceremony have been announced.

The opening ceremony lineup includes Atif Aslam, Imran Khan, Humaima Malick, and Groove Mera superstars, Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners. 

The opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 will take place in Istanbul, Turkey on 20th February 2021, and singers Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners had reached the city earlier for the shoot.

Earlier today, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had disclosed that Pakistani singer Ali Zafar would also be performing at Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 opening ceremony, however, the singer negated the statement and said,

“I will not be performing at the opening ceremony.”

PSL Tickets:

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had finalized PSL 6 ticket selling policy and it would go online within the next 48 hours.

Fans can buy only one PSL 6 ticket per CNIC whereas children below 18 are required to register with their B-form number, added sources.

As many as 14 enclosures here at the National Stadium will be opened to cater to the maximum capacity of 7500 ticketed people in each match. Out of these 14, two will be just for families.

Seat numbers will be allocated to each ticket holder and a gap of three seats will be mandatory between families/people. Food stalls will be installed outside the enclosures, sources added.

On the other hand, the ticket prices will be slightly high as compared to last year.

Pak Vs SA: Shaheens Win Third T20I Against Proteas By 4 wickets

Pakistan has won the third and the last T20I against South Africa by chasing a 165-run target in Lahore on Sunday.

According to the details, the green shirts managed to win the match against proteas by four wickets with eight balls to spare.

Before that, South Africa set a 165-run target for Pakistan to chase in the last T20I played in Lahore on Sunday.

The Proteas made 164 runs at a loss of eight wickets. The top scorers were David Miller (85 not out) and Janneman Malan (27).

Zahid Mahmood, who made his debut in today’s match emerged as the top wicket-taker by taking three wickets. Two each wicket were taken by Mohammad Nawaz and Hasan Ali. Usman Qadir also took one.

Earlier, Pakistan had won the toss and elected to field first in the third and the last T20I against South Africa played today at Qaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

South Africa had won against Pakistan in the second T20 by six wickets. Pakistan bat first and scored 144 runs with the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Proteas successfully achieved the target in 16.2 overs.

Bowler Dwaine Pretorius was declared the Man of the Match.

Jidar-Ul-Hadeed: Karachi Corps Busy Practicing Under Challenging Conditions

During the ongoing Exercise “Jidar -ul- Hadeed” in the Thar Desert, troops of the Karachi Corps are busy practicing, coordinated all-round defense, and survival in the desert under challenging conditions.

The field exercise that commenced on 28 January has focused on enhancing operational preparedness, synergy amongst various components of forces, and effective response measures under the actual battlefield environment.

Earlier Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said the four weeks long defensive maneuver exercise is aimed at validating the concept of defense in deserts. The exercise is being conducted in extreme desert conditions, 74 kilometers ahead of Chhor, under a conventional operations setting.

The Karachi corps exercises will end on February 28, 2021.

First Image Of Mars Taken By UAE’s ‘Hope’ Probe

On Sunday, the national space agency said that UAE’s “Hope” probe has taken and sent the first photo of Mars, days after the spacecraft successfully enter its orbit.

According to the statement, the image “captured the largest volcano in the solar system, Olympus Mons, emerging into the early morning sunlight.”

According to the details, the picture was captured from an altitude of 24,700 kilometers (15,300 miles) above the Martian surface on Wednesday.

UAE Prime Minister and Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum shared the colored photo of Mars on Twitter.

“The first picture of Mars captured by the first-ever Arab probe in history,” he wrote.

What Is The Hope Probe?

It is the first Arab interplanetary mission designed to orbit Mars and provide the first-ever complete image of the Martian atmosphere.

According to details, the hope probe will examine the dynamics of the Martian atmosphere. It will provide a complete view of the Mars atmosphere and will examine the queries such as oxygen gases into space.

Hope Probe is likely to collect more than 1,000 GB of new data which will be shared with more than 200 academic and scientific institutions around the world for free.

Scientists will be able to get a deep knowledge about the past and future of the earth as well as human settlement on Mars and other planetary objects by studying Martian weather thoroughly.

Mars rotates on its axis, completing one rotation, every 24.6 hours. Martian days are called Sols (short for the solar day). Hope Probe will orbit Mars for one whole Martian year that lasts 669.6 sols or equivalent to 687 Earth days or about two Earth years.

Emirati engineers who coordinated with American engineers and scientists at three US universities, including the University of Colorado, University of California Berkeley, and Arizona State University, created the Probe. According to Gulf News, here is the timeline of the development of Hope Probe.

AMAN 2021: CJCSC witnesses conduct of Maritime Counter Terrorism demonstration

General Nadeem Raza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) witnessed conduct of Maritime Counter Terrorism demonstration as part of Naval Exercise AMAN-21.

According to the details, More than 40 countries are participating with Ships, Aircraft , Special Operations Forces/ Maritime Teams and observers in 7th edition of exercise being held in Pakistan (North Arabian Sea) from 11 to 16 February 2021.

AMAN is a major multinational exercise, organised by Pakistan Navy, every two years since 2007 aimed at practicing operational drills and manoeuvres countering non traditional threats and improving upon joint operations at sea through effective Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) with focus on enhancing operational skills & interoperability in a diverse maritime environment.

CJCSC lauded the professionalism of participants and appreciated efforts of Pakistan Navy in conducting the multinational exercise in a befitting manner.

CJCSC said the exercise would promote regional cooperation & stability, greater interoperability, and a united resolve against terrorism and crimes in maritime domain.

CJCSC also emphasised that Pakistan is demonstrating its commitment to forge peaceful co existance & shared global cooperation. AMAN 2021 successfully exhibits efforts made by Pakistan in line with our vision for regional peace and stability, CJCSC concluded.

Earlier, Chairman CJCSC also witnessed the International Band Display by Navies from different countries. CNS Admiral M Amjad Khan Niazi was also present on the occasion.
