Earlier, Ryan had paid a rich tribute to his ex-wife after her death saying: “This is so unfair…there’s not enough words to express the hole left in everyone’s hearts. I can’t believe this is life now. I don’t know if I’ll ever believe it.”

He also added, “You were just here… We were just in the back swimming with Josey the day before. Life just isn’t fair. I don’t know what to say…I’m thankful for our times and our journey that brought us together and gave us the sweetest and kindest smart little boy we could ever hope for.”

Naya Rivera was drowned in the Californian lake during a boat trip with her 4-year-old son.

Rivera’s body had retrieved with no evidence of foul play or suicide.

According to Rivera’s son, she had helped him into the boat before “he looked back and saw her disappear under the surface of the water”.

The police official pointed to the lake’s strong currents as a possible cause of a fatal accident.

The lake had been closed to the public, with around 100 personnel, including the US Coast Guard and rescuers from neighboring counties, joining the search.

Search teams had used footage from video messaging calls Rivera made from the boat before her disappearance.

British Tennis star Andy Murray has teamed up with Pakistan’s tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi in his COVID-19 relief efforts campaign ‘Star Against Hunger’.

Andy Murray, the Olympic gold medalist, donated his signed shirt which generates funds for the distribution of ration bags among affectees.

Aisam-ul-Haq took to Twitter to announce that “Andy Murray has donated his signed shirt for the stars against hunger campaign. Funds raised would be used to distribute ration bags among families affected by the pandemic in Pakistan”.

He said that the base price for Murray’s signed shirt has been set at Rs500,000.
