According to the rumour, the two phone models would be released on December 26 as the Honor 80 GT and the Honor 80 Pro flat display variation. According to the 3C listing, both devices will be 5G-enabled and may offer 33W rapid charging. According to the rumour, the Honor 80 GT and the new Honor 80 Pro could be powered by a lower frequency version of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

The original Honor 80 Pro, which was released in November, was likewise equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The phone has a 6.78-inch curved OLED display with a 1224×2700 pixel resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1000 nits.

The Honor 80 Pro boasts a triple rear camera arrangement that includes a 160-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide/ macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. The front of the phone also has a pill-shaped cutout that holds a 50-megapixel front camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
