KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan continued to rise on Thursday, as per data shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association.
The rate of one tola of gold increased by Rs800, reaching Rs357, 000. The price of 10 grams rose by Rs685, now standing at Rs306, 061.
In the international market, gold climbed by $8, bringing the per-ounce price to $3,350.
The rise in prices reflects global market fluctuations and continued investor interest in gold as a safe-haven asset.
Earlier,the gold price in Pakistan is Rs. 356,200 of 24K per tola.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country today is Rs. 356,200 after a decrease of Rs 10,400.
According to the association, the price of 10 grams of gold has also decreased by Rs 8,917 to Rs Rs. 305,384.
On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market has decreased by $ 104 to $ 3,248 per ounce.
