According to the expert, consuming a diet high in vitamin C improves the blood’s generation of RBCs. The nutritionist asserts that eating a diet high in iron, vitamin C, and other necessary nutrients can aid in boosting the creation of red blood cells and enhancing blood flow throughout the body.

  • Blood haemoglobin levels are raised by iron-rich foods including tofu, blackstrap molasses, kidney beans, and wheatgrass juice.
  • Broccoli, kale, and other leafy greens are rich in vital elements for healthy blood.
  • For sustaining healthy blood, great sources of iron and protein include orange juice, dates, honey, raisins, and prune juice.
  • Amlaki, manjistha, and guduchi are a few herbs that are effective blood purifiers and promote healthy blood flow.
