Jacqueline Fernandez Receives Major Relief In Money Laundering Case

As reports suggest, Jacqueline has received a significant reprieve in the money laundering case as her bail terms have been revised. The court has granted her permission to travel abroad without prior authorization, provided she notifies both the court and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) three days in advance of her departure.

Acknowledging Jacqueline’s work commitments that often involve international travel, Special Judge Shailendra Malik made this decision. The judge highlighted that Jacqueline had consistently abided by all her bail conditions and had never violated them. The previous requirement for pre-approval of overseas travel was seen as potentially restricting her career opportunities.

Having been a resident of India since 2009, Jacqueline Fernandez hails from Sri Lanka. The court noted her regular payment of income tax and her overall compliance with bail regulations.

Jacqueline Fernandez had previously submitted an appeal to the court, stating that the lengthy process of obtaining court permission for travel frequently resulted in financial losses and reputational harm. She emphasized her role as a globally recognized artist, frequently involved in filming, award ceremonies, and essential career-related events.

Anand Kumar has exclusively confirmed to us about working on a project based on the life of conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
The project is in a nascent phase.
It was my first meeting with Sharma; depending on the kind of research and information that we gather.

A project based on the life of con artist Sukesh Chandrasekhar is being worked on, according to filmmaker Anand Kumar, who exclusively confirmed this to us. The idea is in its early stages, according to Kumar, who recently met Deepak Sharma, ASP, Tihar Prison. It was my first time meeting Sharma; I’ll decide if this project will be a film or web series based on the type of study and data that we compile. Next month, my writers will visit Delhi and make contact with the investigative team there.

Although it will be based on Chandrasekhar and contain his personal life, cheating and money laundering trials, as well as the connections with actors Jacqueline Fernandes and Nora Fatehi, Kumar does not want to refer to this project as a biography. “Biopics are highly recommended. She documented her ‘birthday behaviour’ on Instagram, giving a glimpse inside her multiple parties.

On Monday, Nora Fatehi’s birthday was commemorated all day. The actor-dancer, who most recently served as a judge on the dance competition Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, spent the day on a yacht in Dubai with her pals. She danced heartily and cut a magnificent cake decorated with an edible figurine of Nora seated on a throne. On Instagram, Nora shared photos of her “birthday behavior,” which included many parties with pals in Dubai.

Nora Fatehi posted a video of herself belly dancing on a yacht while her friends applauded her on Instagram Reels. “I attempted to pay attention, but attention rewarded me… birthday behavior,” she said in the caption of her photo. She was dressed in a floral skirt and crop top. The big reception Nora received at the yacht, complete with applause from friends, was depicted in a sequence of images and videos Nora published on Instagram Stories. On a table, she also posed with a birthday cake and flowers. A few hours later, Nora went out with her pals for her birthday supper at a restaurant in Dubai. Nora is renowned for her sense of style and dancing prowess. Nora gave a performance at the FIFA World Cup 2022 closing ceremony in Doha, Qatar, in December of the previous year. For the song Light The Sky, Nora collaborated with Balqees, Rahma Riad, and Manal. While doing some intricate dancing moves, Nora sang the song in Hindi. Earlier, after hearing her song being played loudly during a world cup game at a stadium in Doha, Nora had written an emotional note.

Regarding her professional life, Malaika Arora’s reality series Moving In With Malaika featured Nora Fatehi in a previous episode. She last appeared on screen in the song Manike from the Sidharth Malhotra-starring film Thanks God. Sukesh Chandrasekhar, an alleged conman, reportedly asserted that Nora Fatehi has consistently been “jealous of Jacqueline Fernandez” and that he was “in a serious relationship” with her. The actor-dancer has made headlines because of her relationship with Sukumar, who is allegedly implicated in a $200 billion money laundering scheme. In a recent interview, Nora revealed what she considers to be the “greatest red flag in a male.” What is the “pettiest thing” a person may do following a breakup was also disclosed by Nora.

Due to their connections to accused conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who has been charged with extortion and was detained last year, Nora and Jacqueline Fernandez are both under investigation. Without using any names or denying that she was speaking from experience, Nora stated in a recent interview that the biggest red flag in a male was his tendency to “disappear.”

The distinction between “disappearing” and “ghosting” was made by Nora. She said to Bollywood Hungama “Disappearing is a guy’s biggest warning sign. Not ghosting, where he talks to you a lot today and tomorrow, then is silent for five days, then returns and has an intense conversation with you before disappearing once more. When questioned if this occurs with her, she replies, “I don’t know,” when asked how you can tell he is chatting to more than one girl. I speak widely.”

In the same interview, Nora was questioned about what she considered to be the “pettiest thing” a person might do following a breakup. Nora Fatehi had attacked Jacqueline Fernandez’s allegations in December 2022 and denied getting any presents from alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Nora said that Sukesh had promised her “a beautiful house and a luxurious lifestyle” if she consented to be his girlfriend in a recent statement to Delhi’s Patiala House Court in the alleged extortion case. Sukesh responded to Nora’s statement in a recent statement to the media, saying, “Today she (Nora) talks about me promising her a house, but she already has taken a significant amount from me to buy a house for her family in Casablanca, Morocco. All these new stories are crafted by her to escape law after ED statement 9 months ago given by her.

Nora recently appeared in the Achha Sila Diya music video alongside actor Rajkummar Rao. The song’s lyrics were penned by Jaani and were sung and performed by B Praak. Achha Sila Diya Tune Mere Pyar Ka from the 1995 Hindi film Bewafa Sanam is recreated in the song.

Sukesh in a press statement issued through his lawyers Anant Malik and AK Singh stated that Nora Fatehi always brainwashed him against Jacqueline, so she wanted him to leave Jacqueline and start dating her. “Nora used to try calling me at least 10 times a day and if I don’t answer the call she used to keep on calling me,” Sukesh claimed.

“As I and Jacqueline were in a serious relationship, I started avoiding Nora, but she kept irritating me by calling and also, asking me to help bobby (Nora’s relative) in setting up a music production company which I did. She also kept sending me multiple pictures of Hermes bags and jewellery that she wanted, which I obliged by giving her, which she was using till date, ask her to produce one bill of Hermes bags that she has, she can never produce as she does not have, as the bags are worth more than ₹ 2 crores, claims Sukesh

He also stated that Nora first gives a different statement before ED u/s 50 PMLA, which is admissible in court and is evidence, and that later, now before EOW and a magistrate, the entire statement is changed and new stories are made by her, and that the same can very well be verified and compared with the ED charge sheet and now the EOW. This clearly demonstrates how Nora is being influenced, and how her afterthoughts and ideas are realised only through a false mind of hers.

He further added that actors and models Nikki Tamboli and Chahat Khanna, who were in my association with these women, were simply acting professionally because they were due to appear in my production under the LS film banner.

A 200 crore extortion case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar is now being investigated while he is incarcerated. The ED has also named Jacqueline, who was rumoured to be dating him, as an accused party in the case.

The ED also came to the conclusion that “the lure of money ensured that the criminal history of the person she was engaging with did not matter,” according to the news agency. “Investigation so far has revealed that the accused actor is directly or indirectly involved in the proceeds of crime and acquired, possessed & used part proceeds of crime – valuable gifts for herself & her family members in India and abroad and thereby committed an offence of money laundering u/s 3 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, which is punishable u/s 4 of PMLA, 2002″ the chargesheet continued.
