Daniyal Aziz indicted for threatening police, violation of Section 144

LAHORE: Judicial Magistrate Shakargarh has been formally charged senior politician Daniyal Aziz for threatening the police and violating Section 144.

The case against Daniyal Aziz was heard in the court of Judicial Magistrate Shakargarh, during which senior politician Daniyal Aziz appeared in the court.

Judicial Magistrate Shahid Javed indicted senior politician Daniyal Aziz.

There was a case against Daniyal Aziz for threatening the police and violating Section 144 on the day of the election.

Daniyal Aziz has denied the health crime and demanded a transparent trial.

It should be remembered that in the general elections of February 8, 2024, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N­) had not issued a ticket to Daniyal Aziz, on which he had announced to contest the election as an independent.

Daniyal Aziz had contested as an independent from National Assembly Constituency NA-75 Narowal and the Election Commission of Pakistan had also issued a notice to Daniyal Aziz for violating the code of conduct.
