Christina Hall is a pro at flipping houses and enjoys the challenge. The home repair specialist, 39, and her husband Josh explore a prospective fixer-upper in the most recent episode of Christina in the Country, and it’s undoubtedly one of the more difficult flips she’s witnessed in her professional life.

When Christina and Josh arrive at the abandoned house, she exclaims, “Oh my gosh.” What happened here? Christina queries as images of a trash-filled living room and kitchen pan across the screen.

Christina’s client, the property’s realtor, reveals that after the former owner passed away more than a year ago, someone “squatted and plundered the house” until it was utterly wrecked. “I probably walked through over 200 houses and this is one of the worst. This is horrible,” Christina says, before adding with a smile, “I love it.”

On Thursday, for her daughter, Taylor Reese’s 12th birthday, the Christina on the Coast star posted a carousel of sweet pictures of her on Instagram.

In one picture, Taylor poses next to a rock that was painted with a birthday cake and balloons just for her

She wrote, “Happy Birthday Taylor! Times goes by way too fast and watching her grow up so much this past year has been . We are so proud of Taylor!! She does great in school, excels in club soccer and has a nice group of friends. I love you beautiful / sweet girl, keep shining.”

Hall has a 7-year-old son named Brayden James with her ex-boyfriend Tarek El Moussa, who is now expecting his first child with his wife Heather Rae El Moussa. Hall is also the mother of her 3-year-old son Hudson London, who she has with her ex-husband Ant Anstead.

Christina Hall and her children are moving to a long term family home

Christina on the Coast’s star recently sold her Dana Point, California, house for $11.5 million and is relocating to Newport.

Christina Hall is looking forward to new beginnings after selling her $11.5 million home in Dana Point, California.

Last week, a spokeswoman for Hall (previously Haack) told PEOPLE that the HGTV personality had sold her 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom Orange County home. Christina wrote a nice post on Sunday explaining why she and her family were moving on.

She wrote, “We moved to Dana Point last summer after falling in love with the ocean view. We still LOVE the view but among other things we don’t love the 90 minute round trip drive to and from the kids school. Back to Newport we go. Near school and friends and work. Our new home is our long term family home. Coming from a restless soul my soul is ready to rest. At 38 I’m exactly where I want to be and can’t wait to make the next house our home.”
