- The 35-year-old Selling Sunset star posted a “baby update” on her Instagram Story on Thursday.
Heather “just got out of the doctor’s office after a quick checkup. Everything with the baby is fine “Heather, who is expecting her first child with Tarek El Moussa, stated that.
However, Heather said, “I’m not doing all that well. The sciatica is so excruciatingly painful. Greater than previously Therefore, [my doctor] wants me to rest and lay down, which is difficult for me as you people are aware. Naturally, though, feeling healthier and caring for the infant come first.”

Heather, who is expecting in early 2023, told earlier this month that she is looking forward to becoming a parent for the first time. As their son’s debut draws nearer, Heather and Tarek expressed their excitement on the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards. “Oh my God, it’s so satisfying. I feel fantastic right now. Heather concurred when Tarek, 41, added that they were “at the finish line.”
She said to about Tarek’s 12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Hall, “I’m a step-mommy, so we have Taylor and Brayden.”
Further, Heather “however, a baby. I mean, just introducing a fresh tiny person into the world, and for me getting to just parent a baby — I’ve raised Taylor and Brayden since they were 3 and 8…”
The couple announced that they would be having a son later that month after confirming they were expecting their first child together in July. They admitted at the awards event this month that they had a few potential front-runners but haven’t yet chosen a name for their forthcoming arrival. We’ve narrowed it down to four or five names, and Tarek told that they will be chosen as soon as their boy was born.
After holding him, Heather continued, “I believe we’re going to wait and see what he looks like before deciding,”
The entrepreneur also said she intends to take “a little bit of time off work” before starting to film her popular Netflix series again.
