Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a large property portfolio, but the couple added to it last year when The Kardashians star purchased a stunning Palm Springs residence.

The modern property, which reportedly cost $12 million, has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, providing plenty of space for Kourtney’s children Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, as well as Travis’ children Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16.

It boasts a manicured golf course, an outdoor swimming pool, a guest house, and a courtyard with bespoke water elements and a fire display in La Quinta.

Fans first saw the garden in August, when the couple spent Memorial Day weekend with her children.

The pool is flanked by gardens and palm trees, and there are various loungers near the house where Kourtney may sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Even if the family does not like to play golf, they can enjoy the large land by rolling or running down the hills. The property is surrounded by nature, yet the modern facade can be seen in the distance.

The big open plan living area features a kitchen with white worktops and wooden units, cream sofas positioned in front of a fireplace and wall-mounted TV, and a large dining table, all while glass doors fold away to provide the ideal entertaining space.

Kourtney also has a $7.4 million property in Calabasas, equipped with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a stainless steel kitchen, a swimming pool, and an incredible playhouse.

It’s not far from Travis’ seven-bedroom single-story home in the affluent enclave The Oaks, which he purchased in 2007.
