Battle of Lanka, the most recent installment in the Ram Chandra Series by Indian novelist Amish Tripathi, was just released in London. At the book’s premiere, Amish and actor Sonam Kapoor discussed the mythological themes in the book. Sonam shared images of herself from the London event wearing a glittery grey gown on Instagram on Friday.
Sonam posed in her expensive outfit on the streets of London. The actress, who also had a black handbag, was seen posing for the camera next to a door in one of the pictures she shared. In the picture, she was seen walking on a sidewalk. In one of the photos she posed on Instagram, Sonam also turned her face toward the lens and grinned as she climbed into her car. “Ready for a night out to premiere Amish’s latest!” the actor, who welcomed son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja in August of last year, said in her post. Sonam added the hashtags “night is always young,” “mama’s night out,” and “date” to her caption.

Vayu and Sonam Kapoor recently traveled back to London with Anand Ahuja. With their son, the pair enjoyed some quality time. On Instagram, the star published a number of images that provided a preview into her weekend with friends. Weekend in Notting Hill with the newest member of our small family, the actor captioned the photo. One of the images shows Sonam indulging in dessert. Vayu was in his stroller while the new mother posed for pictures on the streets. Sonam can be seen reading a storybook to her son in one picture. The images Sonam posted did not show Vayu’s face.
After being married to billionaire Anand Ahuja in May 2018, Sonam Kapoor relocated to London. In a previous interview, she discussed the “freedom” she experiences there. She had also discussed her time spent living in London and handling all of the domestic duties on her own. She had talked about how she cleans and cooks for herself throughout the day.
I adore the freedom here, Sonam had told Vogue in 2021. I prepare my own meals, clean my apartment, and do my own grocery shopping. She had talked about their date nights at home and how they dressed up even for dinners made at home.
Sonam’s last appearance on television was in The Zoya Factor (2019). She made a brief appearance in the 2020 Netflix movie AK Versus AK, which also stars her actor-father Anil Kapoor and director Anurag Kashyap. She will next be featured in the remake of the South Korean thriller Blind.
