Bollywood’s megastar Salman Khan has received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and shared the news with his fans and followers.

He wrote,

“Took my first dose of vaccine today….”

Earlier, Salman Khan and his family members were tested negative for coronavirus, a source close to the family declared.

Khan and his family members were in isolation after their driver and two household staff members tested positive for the virus. The staff members have been taken to a hospital.

However, the source announced, “The family was in isolation since last week after the staff members and driver had tested positive for COVID-19. Tests were conducted on all family members, and the results have come today. They all have tested negative.”
