Four high school students accused of fatally beating a classmate in Las Vegas have been officially charged with second-degree murder.

Jonathan Lewis Jr, 17, died after being attacked by a group of classmates near his school. Police arrested nine students, and the first four charged, including Dontral Beaver, 16, Damien Hernandez, 17, Treavion Randolph, 16, and Gianni Robinson, 17, appeared in court.

All will be tried as adults under Nevada law. The fight, over stolen headphones and a vape pen, was captured in a graphic video. The accused faces 10 years to life in jail under Nevada law.
