SHC orders police to lodge missing person’s case on their own

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Saturday directed the police department to lodge a case for a missing person on behalf of state, if family of the person did not contact them, Bol News reported.

Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto said if family members of the missing person did not turn up, let them be. Lodge a complaint on state’s behalf, if someone had gone missing, he said.
