Selena Gomez, the singer, has stressed how vital it is to keep innocent people safe while sharing her worries about the Israel-Gaza conflict that’s happening right now.
The singer who sang “Love You Like a Love Song” posted on her Instagram stories that she’s taking a break from social media. She also talked about how important it is to protect innocent lives and explained why she hasn’t been active on social media recently.
Gomez shared her deep sadness about all the “scary, hateful, violent, and terrifying” things happening in the world. She also showed her worries for everyone who’s going through a tough time because of the conflict, regardless of which side they’re on.

In her Instagram Stories, the 31-year-old artist articulated, “I’ve been taking a break from social media because my heart breaks to see all of the horror, hate, violence, and terror that’s occurring in the world. The sight of people being tortured and killed, or any act of hatred directed at any group, is truly horrific.”
Besides talking about the world situation, the artist also talked about her own feelings and how it affects her because she has a 10-year-old sister named Gracie Elliott Teefey. She even shared a picture of her sister to express her feelings.
“Having a sister has tragically affected me every day. I would do anything for the well-being of children and innocent lives.”
