KARACHI: The gold price in Pakistan saw a reduction of Rs.400, bringing it down to Rs209,200. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by 343 rupees to Rs179,355.

This change in the gold price is primarily a response to a noteworthy fluctuation in the value of the US dollar, highlighting the intrinsic connection between currency valuations and the price of gold.

On the international exchange market, the price of gold per ounce rose by 20 dollars, reaching $1,975 per ounce.
