1. Half cup methi dana(fenugreek)

Method

Methi dana, soak Feugreek) soaks up 8 to 10 hours in water. Drain it after 8 to 10 hours, wrap it in a thin cloth (malmal), and hang it wherever you like. After two days, when the roots begin to emerge, remove. Place it in a try and give it another day to dry. Methi dana (fenugreek) should be well ground in a grinder before being soaked in your preferred oil. After two weeks, stir it well and begin using.
