In case Republicans retake control of the House and Senate in November’s midterm elections. The White House on Monday warned against “ultra-MAGA” ideas including a national ban on abortion.
A statewide ban on abortion, approved by Congress, however already supported by Vice President Pence and GOP Leader McCarthy.

According to Klein, “states’ rights” have never been a part of the ultra-MAGA agenda on choice.
“We must not rest and must not quit until the sanctity of life is restored to the core of American law in every state in the land.” The former vice president stated in lauding the high court’s decision.

So let’s be clear, there are only two possible outcomes here. Either the House or Senate passes legislation making Roe the law of the land. Or the House and Senate advance ultra-MAGA policies.
“Congress will either give women worldwide protection or take away their rights worldwide.”
The president urged Congress to take action. emphasizing that “no executive action” he takes can change the law.In order to preserve the balance that formerly existed, Biden remarked, “Let me be absolutely plain and unambiguous: Congress must reinstate the protections of Roe v. Wade as federal law.”
