BAHAWALPUR: Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Saturday said Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan after failure said the Azadi March did not succeed because preparation was not made.
“You were not prepared to bring people but you were completely prepared to light the fire,” Maryam Nawaz said addressing PML-N’s rally in Bahawalpur.
She said Imran Khan had left the Pakistani economy destroyed and then he said that he should not have come into power without preparation. She said he robbed 220 million people of their rights.
On this occasion, she condoled families of the PTI workers who died during the Azadi March. She also requested the “Fitna Khan” to go to house of the martyr police constable as well. Criticising the judiciary, she said did courts had only one job left to come to rescue Imran Khan where he failed.

The PML-N vice president said people would make the revolution unsuccessful which the PTI chief wanted to bring through the Supreme Court.
Praising her father and three times prime minister, she said Nawaz Sharif eradicated loadshedding from the country. He provided arteries, factories and eradicated terrorism, she maintained.
Whereas, she said Imran Khan handed Pakistan over to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). She asked him to mention one such thing for which a country would have conspired against him.
Maryam Nawaz said after the nuclear missile testing no country dared to cast an evil eye towards Pakistan. She said Pakistan was threatened that it would be sent back to the stone age, if it tested the nuclear missiles. Nawaz Sharif responded that ‘do whatever you want’, she said. Now, Pakistan knew how to safeguard itself, she maintained.
