ICC prosecutor demands Russia cooperate with war crime investigation

US President Joe Biden has blamed his Russian partner Vladimir Putin for looking to “clear out” Ukrainian culture and personality.

“In addition to the fact that he is attempting to assume control over Ukraine, he’s in a real sense attempting to clear out the way of life and personality of the Ukrainian public,”. Biden said in a discourse at a US Naval Academy graduation function.

He said Russian powers are “going after schools, nurseries, clinics, exhibition halls with no other reason than to take out a culture”. He added that the conflict is “an immediate attack on the principal principles of rule-based worldwide request”.
