The Czech Republic has delivered a number of attack helicopters to Ukraine, and is now repairing dozens of armoured vehicles with Slovakia, which will be ready for action once repaired.
The Wall Street Journal reported this on Tuesday, citing the Pentagon, according to reports.
According to the publication, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin praised the Czech authorities for their assistance.
The Ukrainian side was given Soviet-made Mi-24 attack helicopters, which had previously been transferred to Ukraine as part of collaborative attempts to recapture its airspace.

Furthermore, the Czech Republic and Slovakia received many batches of armoured vehicles from Ukraine to be restoredbefore they can be used in combat again.
The Czech Republic was the first NATO country to report tank transfers to Ukraine in April. It is now the first to announce the delivery of attack helicopters to Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
