On Monday, Ukraine’s leadership and parliament unveiled a nine-point plan for the country’s economic recovery following Russia’s invasion.

“Ukraine’s postwar rehabilitation will be one of the largest initiatives since the well-known Marshall Plan,” Yulia Svyrydenko; first deputy prime minister and minister of the economy.
“Its execution will be an issue for the entire civilised world, because we are battling not only for our own security but also for global security today.”
The plan calls for Ukraine to join the European Union establish new logistics links to the West; build new industry and factories to process raw materials, and develop new gas and nuclear energy production; so that it may become energy self-sufficient.
