As per Meteorological Office, the high temperature that has hit the metropolitan city for the past few days is likely to drop from Saturday (tomorrow).
The Met department said that the heat will start to subside after Friday while the temperature is expected to hit 40 degrees Celsius today.
The weather will remain hot and dry with suspended sea breezes in the city.

Humidity in the air was recorded at 46%. The wind is blowing in the city at a speed of 10 km per hour with no chance of rain.
During the holy month of Ramazan, Karachiites have braved hot and dry weather for the past few days when the mercury hit the 41 degree Celsius mark.
