Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Thursday said that the conspiracy against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government was hatched at Nawaz Sharif’s house in London at the behest of a foreign power.
Addressing the media in Islamabad, the minister said that there was nothing wrong if the government is changed constitutionally. However, the meetings of Nawaz Sharif with Indian and Israeli diplomats are not hidden.
He urged the disgruntled PTI members to hold their decision of voting against Imran Khan and see the letter themselves.

Fawad said that not all but some members of the opposition are part of the conspiracy, as well as some senior journalists.
He said local Mir Jafars have become pawns of the foreign power that has orchestrated this conspiracy.

The minister said the government summoned the parliamentary leaders of the opposition to witness the threat letter themselves, however they did not come. “This indicates that they [opposition] are also part of the conspiracy.”
Fawad ruled out resignation of the Prime Minister Imran Khan and said nobody should expect it.
