Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Wednesday unveiled the excerpts of the ‘threat letter’ before senior journalists.
As reported by Bol News, the premier did not show the letter to the journalists citing secrecy that must be maintained, but only shared its excerpts with them.
PM Imran told the journalists that an in-camera session of the parliament will be called to discuss the matter.

He said the letter has been shared with the senior military leadership.
Earlier in the day, PM Imran termed the no-confidence motion an ‘imported political crisis’.
He was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the e-passport in Islamabad.
Talking about the political crisis, the premier said it is part of the democratic process. However, he termed the no-confidence motion an ‘imported crisis’.

He said the foreign powers could not tolerate a government that works for the interest of its people, citing the example of drone attacks.
“I have the document (threatening letter) which I will show to the senior journalists today and allies,” PM Imran said.
He added that the people were thinking that Imran was staging a drama to save his government.
