ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain on Friday said that war of opinions has taken over the war of weapons, and in this battle, the triumph will be of the party that better presents its narrative.
Addressing the newly inducted internees at the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) in Islamabad, the information minister said the youngsters had a greater role to play in this regard.
On November 25, National Assembly Special Committee on Kashmir Chairman Shehryar Khan Afridi had said that the ruthless killings of Kashmiri civilians and arrest of globally renowned human rights defender Khurram Parvez had proved that it was about time for the world to hold India accountable for its war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIoJK).

Afridi was addressing participants at a seminar held to mark the International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women at Fatima Jinnah Women’s University in Islamabad.
The seminar ‘The daughters of IIoJK: Victims of Indian State Terrorism – Challenges and Way Forward’ was co-organised by the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir.
Afridi had said that the Indian occupational regime in Jammu and Kashmir had started a new killing spree in Kashmir.
