According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), most parts of the country are likely to experience dry weather today, while the intensity of cold is expected to increase in the northern regions.

Details show that the weather in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain dry; however, upper areas are expected to stay cold. In Punjab, smog continues to blanket the plains, with light fog likely to develop in some places during morning and night hours.

In Gilgit-Baltistan, the weather will remain cold and dry with partly cloudy skies, while Kashmir is also expected to experience cold and dry conditions.

Karachi is experiencing warm and dry conditions. According to the Met Office, the minimum temperature in the city was recorded at 17°C, while the maximum is expected to reach 33°C. The humidity level remained at 80%, with light winds blowing from the east at 4 km/h. Morning fog has reduced visibility to five kilometers.

The Met Office added that there is no chance of rain in Karachi during the coming week, though nights are likely to become cooler.
