Karachi is experiencing extreme cold weather this week as the temperature reaches a minimum of 9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday (today).
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the temperature is likely to decrease more, it can range from 6 to 8 degrees Celsius till the next two days.

Cold & dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Wednesday. However very cold weather is expected in Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, north Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Fog is likely to prevail in Plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh. Dry continental air is prevailing over most parts of the Country.
Cold & dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Thursday. However very cold weather is expected in Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, north Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Fog is likely to prevail in Plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh.
