ePay Punjab, the flagship project of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), in collaboration with the Punjab Finance Department, has launched a Support Helpline service to resolve issues of the netizens related to Online Payment of Taxes.

The helpline number is (042-99030100).

ePay by enabling the citizens to make online payments has increased government collections of taxes. According to the details, e-Pay Punjab guarantees one-click reporting for payments received against different levies.

Azfar Manzoor, PTIB Chairman, said during a review meeting that ePay Punjab has gained the trust of the citizens and has processed north of three million transactions while collecting a revenue of more than Rs. 13 billion. The meeting was attended by included DG-IT Operations Faisal Yousaf and other senior officials.

It is pertinent to mention here that for the payment of Private Education Provider Registration & Information System (PEPRIS), e-Pay Punjab is offering a new tax/levy payment service now. It is now offering 17 taxes/levies, expanding its canvas across Punjab.
