Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat shifted to a hospital in Lahore yesterday.
To inquire after his health, Prime Minister Imran Khan telephoned Ch. Shujaat and conveyed his best wishes.
During the telephonic conversation, the premier wished for the politician’s early recovery with his son MNA Chaudhry Shafey Hussain.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has on Friday felt uncomfortable due to a minor chest pain after which he was shifted to the hospital.
The PML-Q President is being treated at Services Hospital’s where Dr Kamran Cheema is leading Ch Shujaat’s case.
X-ray reports and medical tests will arrive soon which will detail his current health situation.
Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had accused Chaudhry brothers, PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and his cousin Chaudhry Pervez Elahi of accumulating illegal assets and money laundering.
