Pakistan and United States naval forces took another step towards enhancing regional maritime security by collaborating in a bilateral exercise.
The US Navy’s USS O’ Kane recently docked in Karachi to participate in a joint exercise with Pakistan Navy Ship BABUR in the North Arabian Sea. This exercise aimed to improve interoperability between the two navies and reaffirm their shared commitment to maintaining maritime peace in the region.
During the visit, the Commanding Officer of USS O’ Kane met with Rear Admiral Abdul Munib, Commander of the Pakistan Fleet, to discuss ways to enhance tactical skills and operational coordination. This dialogue reflects their mutual dedication to ensuring maritime stability.
