Currently, Nabeel is widely recognized for his role in the hit sitcom “Bulbulay,” which has been airing for approximately 14 years.

Recently, Nabeel Zafar appeared on a podcast where he disclosed his stance against playing Indian content.

During the podcast, he explained the reasons behind his opposition to Indian media, highlighting issues of hypocrisy and unfair practices. His comments have sparked discussions and brought attention to his views on the matter.

Talking about it, he said, “I am not against Indian content but my point is, they don’t buy our work. They don’t even show ten percent of our content then why do we buy their content and run it in our cinemas. They have a 1.5 billion population and we have a population of 25 crore, at least buy as per this ratio. Pakistanis are the people with big hearts, we are hospitable, our shopkeepers don’t charge them when they visit Pakistan and you all have witnessed how our actors literally ran from India. We never did that, we know where we are good at. We should run their movies but then my condition is the same, they should also play our movies in their cinemas, even if they flop. They don’t even buy our dramas, I know, they started a channel Zee Zindagi which was also closed. They have a good market but we also have talent and I admit that corruption ruined us, it is our big dilemma”.
