He spoke about how Indians love to watch Pakistani dramas and the dramas have always been popular across the border. He revealed that “a famous Indian choreographer once met him and told him how Indian streets used to shut down when Meri Zaat Zara e Benishan and Humsafar were airing and people loved them.”

He also shared his take on Pakistani awards. He said that “there should be no audience-based awards. All over the world, experts in the fields gather in a jury that decides who will get the awards, and those awards are considered credible. He would also like to get an award which will be decided by experts. With audience-based awards, only people with mega followings take trophies.”
