Saqib Malik, a renowned Pakistani filmmaker, producer, and director, has an impressive portfolio including directing several successful music videos such as Khumaj, Na Re Na, and Love Mein Gum, among others.

His notable recent project was the 2019 feature film “Baaji,” which he directed and produced through his company Page 33 Films. The film boasted a stellar cast and received acclaim. Saqib Malik, who is the son of Parveen Malik, also counts model and actor Adnan Malik as his younger brother.

Recently, Saqib Malik discussed his experience collaborating with Meera Ji on “Baaji” during a television appearance.

Talking about it, he said, “It was a great experience working with Meera. Meera was great. A lot of stories were made, rumours were being spread, people talked a lot about Meera, but let’s just say that the film was successfully completed, it grabbed the screens and it became successful. It was a labour of love. I would love to work with Meera again because she’s extremely talented. She has an expressive face. Her face talks a lot. You don’t have to do much with her face that has thousand of stories to tell. Meera comes with great energy on the set but her drawback is that she is easy to manipulate, she believes others too easily. She is superstitious as well. She gives importance to the hearsays, but otherwise ask anyone, the amount of appreciation Meera got through Baaji is amazing, it is because of her hard work. I would thank Meera for her brilliant acting and I would thank me for my hard work as well”.
