Conditions for Pakistanis on visa-free travel to Qatar March 2024

Qatar has experienced a significant increase in tourist arrivals due to its tourist-friendly policies, advanced infrastructure, tranquil beaches, and more.

Under a national strategy, Qatar aims to welcome six million tourists by 2030, thereby increasing the tourism sector’s contribution to the GDP from 7 percent to 12 percent.

To boost tourism, Qatar has implemented a visa-free entry policy for over 80 countries, including Pakistan.

Under this policy, Pakistani citizens are eligible for a 30-day visa waiver upon their arrival in Qatar.

For visa-free travel to Qatar from Pakistan, the following conditions must be met:

  • The traveler’s passport should be valid for at least 6 months.
  • The traveler should have a confirmed return ticket.
  • The traveler should have a valid debit or credit card. (If a family is traveling together, the card should be in the name of one of the family members)
  • The visa, which is granted for 30 days free of charge, cannot be extended.
  • Travelers should have a confirmed hotel booking.
  • Travelers coming directly from Pakistan should have a polio vaccination certificate.
