- Josh Clarkson is out of the Black Caps T20 squad due to a shoulder injury.
- Will Young replace Clarkson for the third game against Pakistan.
- Young will travel to Dunedin from Hamilton.
Due to a shoulder injury he suffered while playing for the Central Stags in the Dream11 Super Smash, Josh Clarkson will not be able to go with the BLACKCAPS to Pakistan for the third game of the KFC T20 Series.
According to New Zealand Cricket, Will Young will now take his spot and train with the team for the forthcoming game at Dunedin’s University of Otago Oval.
At first, Clarkson was supposed to come in for the third game, while captain Kane Williamson was supposed to stay in Christchurch for the final two games of the series instead of coming to Dunedin.
Following tomorrow’s game at Hamilton’s Seddon Park, Will Young will be added to the lineup when they travel to Dunedin on Monday from Hamilton.
