Founder PTI filed a petition against the rejection of nomination papers in NA 89 and 122, contending that the Returning Officers rejected the papers contrary to facts in both the constituencies, objecting that the Returning Officers were convicted.
In the petition, it was said that in NA-122, an objection was raised that the proposer was not from the same constituency, and both objections are not by the law.
