A traffic police officer’s job is difficult since they must withstand terrible weather conditions while controlling the high amount of vehicles on the road to ensure its smooth flow. Although it is a thankless job, many traffic officers perform their duties diligently and enthusiastically. A video of a traffic cop managing pedestrians and cars in a humorous manner has appeared on Twitter.

The video was published by the popular Twitter account Buitengebieden with the remark “He just loves his job” and a laughing emoji.

The viral video shows a traffic cop standing in the centre of a small street, gesticulating to pedestrians to cross the street in a cheerful manner. He hops and swerves from side to side while redirecting the cars, making a variety of animated motions. While the actual location is unknown, numerous people in the comments section notified us that the footage was shot in Japan.

Since being shared on Wednesday, the video has received 13 lakh views and 5,700 retweets. Some internet users praised the cop’s distinct flair, while others were astounded by his energy and obvious love for his job. Many users also uploaded humorous videos of other traffic officers performing their duties.

“You can have the worst job, the worst situation in life, but it’s your attitude and what you make of it, that makes the difference and inspires others,” one user remarked. “It’s nice to see someone taking so much pride in his job, and he made it fun!” said another. A third person admired his spirit and said, “Gotta love what you do.. or no point to doing it. Besides he probably gets less angry people when he dancing and twirling and stuff – like a side bit of entertainment that brings a little smile or giggle to people who are probably just tired and want to get home/etc.”

Most of us are prone to forget our passwords. With more applications and the need to register everywhere, it’s difficult to remember all passwords, unless you’re someone who uses the same password for everything—which is also risky considering recent cyber security breaches. As a result, we frequently choose simple passwords for ourselves. It could be something from your personal or professional life. A new survey has identified the most often used passwords in India this year, and the results are amusing.

NordPass, Nord Security’s password management arm, discussed how consumers continue to use weak passwords to safeguard their accounts in research titled “Top 200 most common passwords.”

The most frequent password in India is “password,” which has been used over 34 lakh times. “123456” and “12345678” were second and third on the list, with over one lakh usage each. With 8,941 users, “abcd1234” was also on the list. According to the study, all three passwords may be cracked in less than a second.

Surprisingly, “bigbasket” was the country’s fourth most common password. According to the research, over 75,000 people used it. “123456789” came in fifth place, followed by “pass@123” and “1234567890.”

With about 17 minutes necessary to break it, “anmol123” came in eighth place, having been used over 10,000 times.

The ninth sport was claimed by “googledummy,” which will take any hacker a whopping 23 minutes to break. This year, it has been used over 8,300 times.

According to the survey, “While the worst passwords might change every year, human beings are creatures of habit. Every year, researchers notice the same pattern – sports teams, movie characters, and food items dominate every password list. We decided to look into the most popular categories of all time.”

The report was created in collaboration with independent researchers that specialise in researching cybersecurity incidents, and it was performed in 30 countries.

16th-century Armillary Sphere Ring Amazes Internet

A ring photo has lately gone popular on social media, and the internet is in love. The 16th-century ring appears to be an astrological web with numerous rings intertwined.

This is an armillary sphere ring that commonly depicts a representation of celestial objects centred on the Earth or the Sun. Initially, these were merely models that astrologers used to investigate space. However, by the 16th century, they had been transformed into rings. According to the official media reports, “During the 16th and 17th centuries, these astronomy tools were sized down to become fashionable finger rings that moved just like regular armillary spheres.”

According to the British Museum’s website, they have a collection of six armillary sphere rings that are extremely well-crafted and intricate.

When closed, they look like any other ring, but when the bands are stretched apart, they take on a distinct character. These intricate pieces of jewellery would have necessitated the expertise of skilled craftspeople and could have included anything from two to eight movable bands.

Wholesome Memes, a Twitter account, published a photo of the ring with the caption, “A German engagement ring from the sixteenth century. It was designed to turn into a mini astronomical map entitled ‘The whole universe is in your hands’.'” Although photographs of such rings have already gone viral, the internet was astounded to witness such a work of art.

The post has received over 1.5 lakh likes and over 10,000 retweets since it was shared.

As one user put it, “That ring is actually legit, it’s in a museum in Sweden, dated to be made in the 16th century. The description isn’t right though, models like that were made to visualise the movement of planets in our solar system.”

“When is it my turn to receive an engagement ring from the sixteenth century that turns into a mini astronomical map,” another person wondered.

“Possessions are only worth it when this amount of thought is put into them,” a third user stated.

“I don’t want to marry if this not my ring, idk if its plastic i just want it this way,” a fourth said.
