Samsung Galaxy A30 price in Pakistan

Samsung Galaxy A30 has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. When it came out, the phone was competitive, but in 2020, even the specs look old. 4 GB RAM is enough for multitasking, however outdated eMMC storage slows program loading.

Samsung’s mid-range Exynos 7904 offers less threading power than other 2020 chipsets. This device can play games, but the experience isn’t smooth.

The back of the phone has a 16 MP main camera and a 5 MP ultra-wide lens. The A30 can’t produce clean photos despite Samsung’s strong image processing algorithms. They’re “okay,” but don’t expect much.

Johnson & Johnson to quit producing cancer-causing baby powder

Johnson & Johnson
  • J&J announced that it will stop selling talc-based baby powder abroad in 2023.
  • The company is dealing with almost 38,000 claims from clients alleging that the product caused cancer.
  • The company has consistently refuted the claims in response to asbestos contamination evidence given in courtrooms.

More than two years after ceasing sales of the product in the US, where it has generated hundreds of consumer safety lawsuits, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) announced on Thursday that it will stop selling talc-based baby powder abroad in 2023.

The statement clarified that cornstarch-based baby powder is already available in many nations throughout the world and said, “As part of a worldwide portfolio assessment, we have made the commercial decision to migrate to an entirely cornstarch-based baby powder portfolio.”

In the middle of numerous legal battles, J&J announced in 2020 that it will stop selling its talc Baby Powder in the United States and Canada because consumer demand had decreased as a result of what it called “misinformation” about the product’s safety.

The business is dealing with almost 38,000 claims from clients and their families alleging that the company’s talc products caused cancer due to asbestos contamination, a proven carcinogen.

According to an international news agency’s investigation from 2018, J&J had long known that asbestos was contained in its talc products.

According to the agency, J&J’s finished powders and raw talc occasionally tested positive for trace levels of asbestos from at least 1971 through the early 2000s, according to corporate documents, trial testimony, and other evidence.

The company has consistently refuted the claims in response to asbestos contamination evidence given in courtrooms, in media stories, and before US lawmakers.

J&J disputes these allegations, claiming that years of research and governmental approvals have established the safety and absence of asbestos in its talc.

On Thursday, when it announced that it would be ending its sales, it reiterated the same.

In October, J&J established the subsidiary LTL Management, transferred its talc claims to it, and then swiftly declared it bankrupt, stopping the ongoing legal proceedings.

While proponents of J&J and the bankrupt subsidiary procedure argue that it is a just means to compensate complainants, those petitioning against the firm have argued that the company should be had to defend itself against the litigation.

2,408 vehicles were sold by Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC), a 62 percent MoM reduction in sales. While Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) sold 6,679 automobiles with a 58 percent increase in sales, Honda Atlas Cars Limited (HACL) performed relatively better by selling 2,537 cars with a 37 percent MoM decline.

Automobile manufacturers and experts anticipated a decline in sales as a result of price increases, citing growing transportation costs, raw material costs, fuel costs, and the depreciation of local currencies.

According to some experts, sales will continue to grow through September 2022. However, manufacturers’ observance of non-production days is what caused the early decline (NPDs). Due to debilitating inflation, price increases, and significant delivery delays, all automakers anticipate a sharp fall in demand in the coming days.
