The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs600, reaching Rs318,600 on Monday, compared to Rs318,000 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs515, climbing from Rs272,633 to Rs273,148. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold saw an increase of Rs472, reaching Rs250,394 from Rs249,922.
The prices of silver remained steady, with per tola silver at Rs3,475 and 10 grams at Rs2,979.
On the international market, gold prices increased by $5, reaching $3,027 per ounce from $3,022, while silver remained unchanged at $33.10 per ounce.
