Urwa Hocane, a popular TV actress, rushed to Instagram to wish her mother a happy birthday, posting a lovely photo with her parents. However, one of her fans noted that the actress is wearing the same clothing she wore previously.

The ‘Udaari’ actress posed with her parents in a pale grey shalwar kameez with black embroidery and a matching dupatta.

One follower questioned Urwa in the comments section of this post, “How many times will you wear this dress?”

She reacted appropriately, adding that reusing clothes is OK as long as they are in good condition.

“‘Jitni dafa mera dil karayga until it is good enough to be reused (I will wear them as often as my heart desires and as long as they are reusable.). You should try reusing your clothes too, it saves money and especially it saves a lot of time which should be the most treasured rather than material things,” she responded to the critic.

Director Ehteshamuddin Recounts Last Phone Call with Late Actor Shakeel

Ehteshamuddin, the talented director from Pakistan, recently shared the details of his final phone conversation with the renowned veteran actor Shakeel Yousaf, who sadly passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 85. Ehteshamuddin, known for his work on the acclaimed drama “Udaari,” disclosed that Shakeel had called him approximately a month ago.

In his account, Ehteshamuddin wrote, “Shakeel called me to inquire about my health and shared that he was feeling better and contemplating doing a drama. He mentioned, ‘Anwar Maqsood is writing a script for me, and once it’s ready, we will discuss it. I want you to direct my play.’ It was an absolute honour for me to receive such a request.” Ehteshamuddin also mentioned that Shakeel wanted his final play to be a memorable performance.

According to the shared details, Shakeel expressed, “I am an actor. I know how to perform. I know when the audience applauds in admiration. I want my last performance to be unforgettable, one that will be cherished forever.” Ehteshamuddin remarked that Shakeel’s voice was filled with passion during that conversation. However, the time for that momentous performance never arrived, as Shakeel passed away. They were unable to meet with Anwar Maqsood and his character could not leave a lasting impact as he had wished. Ehteshamuddin concluded by praying for Shakeel’s soul to be blessed with higher ranks.

This time, the actress from Tich Button gave her side of the story to the media days after a video clip of comments made against her by acclaimed film and television director Nadeem Baig went viral on social media.

She expressed her disappointment on Instagram, writing, “It is so unfortunate that the formats of our shows are such that each member of the industry has to put the other down for the sake of ratings in the garb of fun.”

Recently, Urwa Hocane was named as the cast member who allegedly had the most temper tantrums while shooting Punjab Nahi Jaongi, according to Meray Pass Tum Ho director Nadeem Baig.

But, Urwa Hocane was quick to respond to all the trolls, adding that she would like to go into more detail on her side of the story now that it has come to this.

She further wrote, “Nadeem Bhai and I have only done one project together and had one difference of opinion about the song ‘Lak Hilna’ where we eventually went with his aesthetics, choice of song and the dance steps as I sensed he was unwilling to hold a discussion probably because as a society we have become so intolerant to a difference of opinion especially when it’s a woman. “I am so hurt by how my personality is being misrepresented publicly merely for holding a healthy discussion on set which I believe is a basis to teamwork while in all these years it was never pointed out to me in person.”

On the work front, Urwa has appeared in a number of kit projects including Udaari, Punjab Nahi Jaungi, Na Maloom Afraad, Tich Button, Meeran, Mushq, Guddi, and Neeli Zinda Hai.

Bushra Ansari sues fake Twitter accounts running on her name

Bushra Ansari has criticized people who use her name to operate fake Twitter accounts for their own advantage.

These accounts were participating in political debates against Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf. Bushra has informed the Karachi Cyber Crime Cell about these accounts as a result.

Ansari in a viral video gave clarification that the tweets were from a false account and she is reporting them to the cybercrime division of the Federal Investigation Agency.

The Zebaish star also filed a report with the FIA’s Cybercrime Reporting Center in Karachi regarding accounts and pages created in her name on various social networking sites. The Udaari actor alleges that more than 10 bogus identities are active on the microblogging platform under her name, and that they are taking use of her notoriety for political purposes.

Ansari has already taken legal action against fake accounts that use her identity. She has actually been criticizing these claims for some time. She had complained on Twitter about the usage of her name in political talks two years prior.
