Director general of Russia’s Roscosmos Space Agency, aliens exists and study humans “like bacteria.”
According to Dmitry Rogozin, advanced intelligent entities may exist, and they may already be studying life on Earth.
In an interview with the state-owned news channel Russia 24 in June of this year, Rogozin stated that he believes they are gazing at us while we are unaware.
Rogozin, who has previously stated that Russian scientists are now investigating UFO experiences, stated, “If we talk about specific facts that maybe, in the history of humanity on Earth, there have been the so-called UFOs that NASA talks about, then I want to say that these studies were and are being done at our Academy of Sciences.”
“The data is being collected and verified.”

“Thousands of factors could have contributed to the emergence of life anywhere in the universe. The ability of humanity to understand space is still restricted.”
“We know the ‘Big Bang’ theory but what if this ‘Big Bang’ took place only within a certain part of the universe that is visible to us?”
According to How and Whys, he believes that this intelligent life is already staring at us.

“We might be subject to some external observation… What we’re talking about usually took place during the first test fights”.
“I spoke with NASA; they are also supporters that perhaps we are an object of external observation.
“We can study bacteria, but we can also be studied as bacteria.”
In a similar move to the study, Rogozin believes is taking place in Russia, NASA has recently selected 16 people to take part in the investigation of numerous UFO encounters, which will begin on Monday (October 24).
The new NASA study will seek to improve knowledge of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), with a report on the findings expected in the middle of 2023.

Thomas Zurbuchen, the assistant administrator of NASA Headquarters’ Science Mission Directorate, stated, “Exploring the unknown in space and the atmosphere is at the heart of who we are at NASA.”
