- Anand Mahindra tweeted that he ‘doesn’t normally make’ resolutions.
- His tweet has received over 2.6 lakh views and nearly 3,000 likes.
- He’ll use “negative gaps” to create more “excellent interior spaces.”
Anand Mahindra, an industrialist, recently shared on Twitter that he ‘don’t usually make’ new year’s resolutions, but a particular message prompted him to do so. Mahindra’s post is an art film with the subtitle, “Negative space, in art, is the empty space surrounding and between the subject(s) of an artwork.” In it, a lady uses negative space to sketch a man and a woman carrying umbrellas. And Anand Mahindra plans to use these “negative gaps” in his life to creating more “good internal spaces” this year.
“Don’t usually make new resolutions but this post did inspire one. The New Year will naturally have ups & downs but I hope to use the ‘downs’ or ‘negative spaces’ to help shape more positive internal spaces. I’ll try to use bad times to give me more resilience & empathy for others,” wrote Anand Mahindra, referencing a tweet.
