Furthermore, the man collects a whopping 16 plates of dosa and balances them impressively on his hand, from his palm to the end of his arm. He then walks up to the tables to serve clients steaming dosas.

A server is seen giving steel plates to the cook in the viral video that Anand Mahindra posted, who was keeping hot, freshly made dosas on them. He balanced the plates with one hand while carefully placing them.

Mahindra recently took to Twitter to respond to Norwegian Ambassador Erik Solheim’s controversial statement.

The tweet was a doctor’s prescription for sleep deprivation and its treatment.

The prescription was for Anand, a patient. He was diagnosed with a “lack of sleep.”

The “recommended treatment” from the doctor was to “throw away your computer and phone.”
