On Wednesday, almost a year after their breakup was shown on season 26 of The Bachelor, Echard, 29, and Recchia, 26, reconnected on social media.
Along with Giannina Gibelli from Love Is Blind and Michelle Young and Blake Horstmann from Bachelor Nation, the couple joked about their reality TV past.
“When you get over your reality tv trauma,” wrote Gibelli, 29 — who is currently dating Horstmann — on top of an Instagram reel set to audio which states, “A win is a win.”
“But did we,” she humorously captioned the video.
